Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your treatment price.

If this payment is not received, this will result in no further bookings at Glow.

Late Arrival

We allow a grace period of 10 minutes. Each appointment has an allocated treatment time. If you arrive late for your appointment, Glow reserve the right to cancel your treatment or to carry out the treatment in the time that is now available to the best of their abilities.

Patch Testing

All treatments which use glue, tint or Lash Bomb products will require a patch test at least 48 hours before your treatment.

Treating Minors

All minors will be required to attend with a parent or guardian and to sign a consent form. Treatment is at Glow’s sole discretion.

Allergies and Reaction

Please inform Glow if you have any allergies or sensitivities when booking your treatment. This includes but is not limited to essential oils, microporous tape, under eye pads, cotton wool and latex.

If you have an allergic reaction to any product, please inform your doctor and Glow within 24 hours.

Medications and Medical Conditions

Please inform Glow if you are taking any medication or have any medical conditions as this may affect what treatment you are able to have.

Eyelash Retention

After your eyelash appointment, you have 4 days to contact Glow with any problems with your eyelashes. After this time, any lashes excessively lost will be due to the individuals’ aftercare.

Nails

If you experience any problems with your nails please contact Glow as soon as possible. We will fix any chips or lifting for free within 72 hours after this time you will be charged £5 per nail fix.

An infill is an appointment that is made no more than three weeks after your last appointment. Appointments made after three weeks will be charged as a new set. If you arrive to your appointment with normal polish on your nails there will be a £5 removal charge. Glow will not remove any gel, builder or acrylic that has been applied by another therapist.

Refunds

All refunds are at the sole discretion of Glow.
